    Simple AI Lab Company (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides an AI assistant (the “AI Assistant”) that places phone calls on your behalf and allows you to easily buy things, send calendar invites, and call ride-sharing services.

    This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we handle personal information collected through our website at https://usesimple.ai/, other websites operated by us that link to this Privacy Policy, our mobile application, our AI Assistant services, and HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy, (collectively, “Services”).

    1. Information We Collect

    We collect various types of information through our Services, including personal information. We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

For example, we use session-replay technologies provided by third parties, such as Posthog, to record your interactions with Services to help us diagnose problems and improve our services. These technologies allow us to watch a visual video playback of user sessions and capture your activities such as your clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, and keystrokes/key touches.

    1. Information you submit in connection with your use of the Services and AI Assistant, such as credit card or other payment account details, content of communications to be transmitted, your contacts list/address book or other information about your personal contacts.
    2. Information you submit in connection with your use of the Services and AI Assistant when you import or sync your personal information from third party services. For example, you may choose to sync calendar data, which include calendar events and associated emails with those calendar events.
    3. Information we receive from third parties in connection with requests or communications you submit through our AI Assistant, such as transaction details, details about past purchases, details about appointments, and responses to these requests or communications.

As you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information about the device you are using, such as your device’s IP address, device type, device location, browser type, operating system, and the name of your internet service provider. We may also automatically collect information about your browsing behavior and patterns, such as the website or other service from which you navigated to our Services, the date and time you use the Services, the pages you view, clickstream data, usage data, and any resources you access, download, and use on the Services. This information helps us measure traffic to our Services, analyze usage patterns, improve our Services, and deliver a more personalized experience on our Services.

We do not have control over such third parties’ use of personal information. By using the AI Assistant to interact with third parties, you understand that any personal information disclosed to such third parties may be used in accordance with the relevant third party’s privacy policy and terms.
